Candidate Skills:
- Familiarity with accessing/restoring and troubleshooting cloud-hosted services – preferably AWS
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve server issues
- Motivated to learn and be a team player
- Ability to install servers in offsite data centers
- Any programming skills are a plus
- MS Active directory/Azure knowledge also a plus
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Restoring files from the cloud, AWS
- Answering IT Helpdesk calls
- Helping track, update and record project status
- Assist in updating and maintaining regulatory reports
- Building, configuring, and upgrading workstations, laptops and servers
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading desktops/servers
- Onboarding/offboarding of employees and user provisioning
- Providing End User support (remote/onsite)
- Traveling to data centers to physically install or remove servers
- Troubleshooting and resolving application issues
