Advantage Futures, the premier futures brokerage firm, today announced that it has promoted 30-year industry veteran Terence Duffy to President of the Professional Trader Group. Mr. Duffy previously served as the Executive Vice President of the Professional Trader Group. Joseph Guinan, Founder, Chairman and CEO, Advantage Futures, made the announcement.

Among the founders of Advantage Futures, Terence Duffy has held an important role with the firm since its inception in June 2003. He helped establish the Professional Trader Group and the client service culture. Most recently, as the Executive Vice President, Mr. Duffy oversaw the Professional Trader Group at Advantage Futures Chicago Mercantile Exchange office. Now, with the recent merge of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade into the CME Group, Mr. Duffy is expanding his role to oversee the entire Professional Trader Group at Advantage Futures. With almost thirty years working in the financial industry, his experience extends well beyond Advantage Futures. Mr. Duffy holds a BBA from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin.
