Organization Application For Non-CBOE TPH:
All applications for new Trading Privilege Holder organizations must be submitted to the Registration Services Department and will be processed on a rolling basis. The application process generally takes 3 – 4 weeks provided that all required documents have been submitted.
The Following Items Are Needed At The Time Of Submission:
- Trading Privilege Holder Organization Application and Fee ($500)
- Organizational Documents: Certificate of Incorporation and Bylaws; or Partnership Agreement and Registration Certificate; or LLC Operating Agreement and Registration Certificate
- For each Responsible Trader, Executive Officer and Authorized Signatory: Information Cover Sheet and National Futures Association Form 8-R, Pages 12 – 21
- Supporting document for question 10 (organization ownership) on application, including an organization chart (if applicable)
- National Futures Association Form 7-R, Pages 15 – 23
- Security Futures Market Maker and Dealer Registration Form (if applicable)
- Pooled Investment Vehicle Appendix to Organization TPH Application (if applicable); Investment Management Agreement for Pool (or equivalent document) and ownership/organizational chart for Pool and Pool Manager(s)
